Wuxi Zhengyuan Casting Company was established in 1992.We mainly produce:parts of turbocharger,nodular iron castings, grey iron castings, aluminum alloy castings, high-Ni iron castings, precision machining processing and R&D of new products.
We got the quality certification of ISO9002 in 1999 and we got the QS9000:1998 quality certification in 2002 ,In 2007 we got the TS16949 quality certification.The quality administation of our products is strictly controled according to TS16949 system.
We have four processing techniques：shell mould shell core moulding, the sand coated iron moulding,no-bake resin sand moulding and common clay-bonded sand moulding.
