PHR Series portable Rockwell hardness testers have brought a revolution to the traditional means of hardness testing. Weighing only one hundredth of a bench-top Rockwell tester, they can be easily used like a micrometer.

The portable Rockwell hardness testers have the same precision as the traditional bench-top testers, and are very easy and simple to use. Vertical testing force is no longer required, and it takes only 10 seconds to complete a single test.

W-20 Series Webster hardness testers are mainly used for testing aluminum profiles. They can also be used for testing the hardness of copper pipes, sheets and strips, and heat-treated stainless steel strips, cold-rolled steel sheets and strips.

Webster hardness testers are very suitable for use on the production sites. The testing takes less than one second. For instance, they can be used for on-the-machine hardness inspection of stainless steel strips, cold-rolled steel strips, copper strips without having to stop the production line.
